On Yahoo it is the first of the "Sponsored Results" located on the right hand side.

On MSN it is in the number two position of the right hand "Sponsored Results".

These "Sponsored Results" are all handled by Overture.com. As you can see the "Birdsafe Online Store" is bidding for the fifth position and is paying $.28 cents per click while the number one bidder is paying $.71 cents per click.

It seem that for your money being in the fifth position is better; however it all depends on how many clicks turn into customers. Good luck and happy bidding!
