An example of a page that uses a formatted long description that uses page breaks and images can be found here: http://www.yoyodyneti.com/detail.aspx?ID=681

The long description field can contain HTML Tags. If you do not have time to learn HTML tags we recommend you use Microsoft FrontPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver in WYSIWYG mode to create the formatting. You can then view and copy the HTML code and paste it into the long description field of your products. If you want to include images you must use the full image URL.

A basic guide to HTML tags can be found at this link: http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/reference/html_cheatsheet/

FrontPage Users: Here is a step by step Flash tutorial of how to create formatting in FrontPage. The steps will be very similar in Dreamweaver. ( flash presentation. 500k )

Possible Problems:

Error: Exception Details: System.Web.HttpRequestValidationException: A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (ProductDetails:LongDescription="...ver again.
").Solution: Follow steps found here: http://support.storefront.net/Resources/kbase/kbase.asp?ID=335&VIEW=YES
